Here at Love Nelli we aim to be as transparent as possible. We want to answer as many of your questions as we can - here are some common ones. If these don't answer your question please don't hesitate to contact us and we will happliy answer your question.


  1. Are you an Australian Business? Yes! We are here in Australia. We are a family run business and around 60% of our product is sourced globally. We are based in NSW - we shop locally, employ locals and we always support our local community.  

  2. Are you a registered Business? Yes we are a legally legitimate registered business.

  3. Do you have an ABN? Our ABN is 80 520 522 708. 

  4. Where are you located? Our Warehouse and Head Office is located on the NSW Central Coast. 

  5. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Zip Pay, Lay Buy, Humm and After Pay. If you would like to arrange direct deposit please contact us.                                                                     
  6. Do you have a store front? No we are 100% online. We do however have Stylists located all around Australia, they all have a range of our sizing - if you wanted to look at the sizing or perhaps try something on we can help you in contacting your local Stylist  - just call us to arrange that for you. 

  7. How long before you ship my order? We ship out ALL orders within 2 business days. 

  8. Can I add to my order after I place it? You have 30 minutes in which to add onto your order. if you need to do this, please call us and we will manually add to your order. If more than 30 minutes has lapsed or we have already shipped your order you will be required to pay shipping before the order can be dispatched. 

  9. Are all of your items in stock, or do I have to wait? YES absolutely EVERYTHING we sell is in stock! We never sell items that we don't physically have in our warehouse - and that's a promise! No one wants to wait for their goodies - you pay for your order and we will ship it to you, in most cases you will have it within the week! 

  10. Can I return something if it doesn't fit or I don't like it? Absolutely you can, sometimes its hard buying online and we understand that - as long as it has not been worn or laundered and the tags are still attached. We will issue you with a credit coupon to use for your exchange. The only thing we cannot accept back for exchange is our earrings range, health and safety is a priority.  

  11. Do you ship internationally? We sure do - check our international shipping for charges. 

  12. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit & debit cards , LayBuy & ZipPay, Humm & Afterpay. 

  13. What Size should I buy? Each item has its own recommended sizing chart in the description. The leggings are super forgiving! They are so super stretchy that is why they fit such a wide sizing range. All of the apparel is floaty and loose, there is a size guide on each item description that will help you find the best size for you, Don't worry, nothing Love Nelli carries is a tailored fit, so it usually fits a few sizes and we are confident you will choose the right size. If for any reason it doesn't fit you we will sort it out for you, there's no need to worry. 

  14. Do I HAVE to hand wash my leggings? Lets be honest! No one likes to hand wash - just make sure you wash them with care - preferably inside out and on a gentle cycle. Make sure any other garments that are being washed with them do not have Velcro, sharp zips or buckles and you should be fine. There is no need to tumble dry as our leggings dry lightening fast on their own. We do suggest however, that you wash your leggings seperately before the 1st wear - especially the dark colours, as they can have a residue of the dye and you don't want that to transfer. For best results its best to launder all new clothing before wear and this includes our range. Best of all you can throw your iron away! You wont be needing that with our gorgeous range.

  15. Why does the colour look different in real life? Our photographer does her absolute best to keep all of the colours original when editing our photos. unfortunately computers and mobile devices have different screen resolutions - we do our best to try to make sure they are as close to the original colour as we can. 

  16. I love your products so much - Can I work for you?  Yes! You can - we have a very attractive Stylist program that see's you earning 20% + on your sales! How cool is that. You also have the benefit of free training by Denielle who has been a trainer and involved with the direct sales industry for over 35 years! This will automatically calculate upon checkout. 
International Shipping & Handling prices include packaging and Handling.
Can take up to 5 weeks to deliver internationally.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. 


An email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
We use a courier service for the majority of our shipping. 
If it is safe to leave at your door, please tell us in the notes of your order and we will note that on your shipping label. 


We Gladly accept exchanges - with the exception of earrings. 
All exchanges to be shipped back to me in the original packaging
unwashed , unworn & with tags still attched.
Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
 Return shipping will be billed as per my shipping terms.
Love Nelli includes guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If the failure is minor, I reserve our right to offer to repair only and not offer a refund.
Miss use of an item will void these conditions.

All of the metal finishes are plated. 
With the exception of our Stainless Steel Range. This range is Hypoallergenic. 
Keep away from Water, Perfume & Sweat.
Use a soft cloth to polish. 
For all Apparel please follow instructions found on the Sew in Label.
